We found EcoTours based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. We recently came back from a 6 day stay in San Pedro de Atacama with everything booked through EcoTours. Elias, Daniel, Mariano in SDP and of course Cristian in Santiago were fantastic. Very thoughtful, knowledgeable and passionate about the places. They took great care of us—we stayed at the Casa de Don Thomas which worked well (simple, clean, fast internet, and HOT water). Every day we went hiking and saw the amazing sights; our favorites were the Copa Coya and Guatin hikes along with Toco. They modified the treks based on our fitness levels (we are fit).
